Rental of Darlington House includes use of the entire first floor of Darlington House and its gardens. 

Wedding Ceremonies & Receptions include early wedding party arrival and use of the second floor.

Reception-Only events may upgrade for use of the second floor and/or early wedding party arrival.

Pricing does not include catering or rentals, which are booked through third-party vendors.

50% of the Venue Rental Fee is due to book date; balance due 60 days prior to event

All Events subject to refundable Security Deposit of $1000
